We'll start our relationship with a sample session to help you decide whether and what type of coaching is appropriate for you and or your team. Also, we’ll get a sense of our compatibility as eventual “thinking partners.”

Next we’ll start building a productive relationship between you and I, and appropriate development team members. We’ll ascertain the level of coaching appropriate for your situation by reviewing availability, effectiveness and compatibility of your development team, status of your development schedule, and any development issues that exist now, or might exist in the future.

Coaching could be applied at various levels – executive, leadership, technical staff, and other key staff. Our objective would be to build an effective, schedule-responsive and well integrated development team.

Coaching Sessions would take place at your facility, at my office, and by phone, as appropriate. Group discussions and training sessions will also be provided as needed.
