When to Start Coaching:
We can start from wherever you are in your development process.
That is, whether you are in the basic idea or concept phase, are well into development, already transferring to manufacturing,
or already marketing the product or service.
Often, although there was a good “start” to development,
issues can arise that stop, slow, or otherwise detract from the overall process. As your Coach I can be a "thought partner"
in identifying and dealing with such issues.
We can work as thought-partners to:
• Assess structure and effectiveness
of your development team
• Recruit and organize a development team if appropriate, whether in-house,
or outsourced
• Locate, interview and assess development team candidates
•
Identify personality traits and skill sets needed for various development team positions
• Asses
performance of development teams, team members, and facilite improvements
• Assess effectiveness of interactions within and between teams
•
Provide effective performance reviews
It all depends on your situation and what
you need:
• I've been “in” the development process as an engineer and a
manager.
• And I've experienced many of the issues that occur during development.
• We'll go deeper by gaining an
understanding of the processes and psychology that underlie successful and unsuccessful development.
